SoulBelly BBQ is an excellent BBQ joint in the Arts District. A great spot to grab a bite to eat with your friends. Additionally, they even have a stage for live music. Located between HUDL and Nevada Brew on Main Street ( 1327 S Main St Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89104 ).
To demonstrate, the day we went there was a big group of us. We walked in unannounced and was able to secure a table for ten. Our server, Evelyn, did an excellent job handling the group. She took the time to explain everything to us.
Also, the day we went it was very nice outside so we took advantage of the outdoor patio seating. As a result, you can see the big smokers that everything is cooked in. A really fun place with really good food.
Likewise, there is a large dining area inside. Moreover, there is a stage for live music. Although, I have never heard any music. I believe their website has a line up.
SoulBelly BBQ Food
Besides beers, we ordered a variety of sandwiches. The most popular was the Belly Of Soul. This is a great dish. For example, it is made with smoked brisket, fried egg,. Cheese sauce, pickled and crispy onions. All topped off with BBQ sauce. In addition, you get coleslaw and butter pickles.
Most importantly, this is a fun spot to visit. Either with a group of friends or by yourself at the bar. There is plenty of room, beer, and food.
