Boulder Dam Brewing Co is a wonderful spot to get a bite to eat and a brew. They have a big menu to select from. The beer selection is just as good. First and foremost, there is a really big outside patio area in which you can sit. This is a very nice option on the days the weather cooperates.

Secondly the indoor sitting area is big with a huge bar area too. Behind the bar is where the magic works. They not only brew up the beer but also serve from the beer tanks. Be sure to try the Powder Monkey Pilsner or Vanilla Porter among the different types.

In addition to the beer, they serve up plenty of eats to select from. There are several TVs throughout so you can catch your favorite game.

For example, we started with appetizers of Beer Pretzel Bits and Beer Battered Onion Rings. Pretzel bites come with beer queso sauce and honey mustard sauce to dip in. Also the Onion Rings has a homemade ranch and cholula sauce.

Be sure to check out their burgers. To demonstrate, we got the Bacon Cheese Burger. Angus patty, with bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, with a tangy bbq sauce.

Not to mention, the Pub Club turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, onions on a grilled sourdough. Likewise, the Brewers Bratwurst with beer queso, grilled onion and mushrooms on a poppy seed roll.

Similarly, the Boneless Tenders served with signature sauce and side is good too.

The service was good and the staff was extra friendly and helpful. They take good care of you and bring out your food promptly. They ensured my glass was never empty.
