Don Tortaco is a local family owned Mexican Restaurant. For over 20 years they have been serving up Mexican food fast. You can either eat in or take out. The service is friendly and fast. That is to say, I enjoyed my food all the time. Located just east of The M Resort. Across the street of World of Wings on Volunteer Blvd ( 3500 Volunteer Blvd, Henderson, NV 89044 ).
To demonstrate, this establishment has plenty of space for eating in. That is, the decor is bright colors with great pictures on the wall to bring it all together. Chiefly, there is a very large menu to select from.
In addition, they have a sauce bar too. Specifically, you can get the green or red sauce. Even more, plenty of pickled carrots and jalapeno peppers. Also, lime wedges, cucumber, and radish.

Most importantly, there are about a dozen combination to select from. Likewise, all combinations dishes come with rice and beans. This time around, I selected my go to dish. Cheese Enchiladas. To demonstrate, the enchiladas were great. I would order this again.
Even more, I selected a hard shell chicken taco. On account of that, this was very good and the shell was extra crunchy. Additionally, I selected the soft shell fish taco. This was very tasty with the sauce and toppings.
Also a Carnitas Tortas for a bite later. This is served warm and is a large sandwich. Even more, they even serve menudo on Saturday and Sunday only.
