Cracked Egg

Cracked Egg is a popular breakfast in the valley. Primarily, they are passionate about breakfasts. Their motto is great service and home cooked meals. This is a locals spot for breakfast or lunch. I especially like the coffee cake they offer with breakfast. The Cracked egg we visited was at 215 and Green Valley. Located on the other side of the highway from The District and Green Valley Ranch on Green Valley (1000 N Green Valley Pkwy #480, Henderson, NV 89074).

To demonstrate. there are several cracked egg across the valley. Mostly on the west side. Yet, all of the establishments are family owned and operated. In the beginning, they started with one restaurants and have grown to five. Notwithstanding, they are fond of saying that breakfast is the most delicious meal of the day.

To illustrate, the restaurant offers a variety of egg dishes, omelettes, benedicts, skillets, burritos, and more. Whether you are looking for a classic ham and cheese omelette, or a chorizo and cheese skillet, you can find it. The restaurant’s menu is extensive and offers something for everyone.

For example, we ordered the standard breakfast. Bacon and Eggs $13.50. Since then, we revisited. Once again we got the Bacon and Eggs. Plus the Chile Verde Rancheros.

The one thing that I do want to point out. Most breakfast come with choice of toast or coffee cake. Most importantly, you should always get the coffee cake. It is made daily and severed warm. Therefore, this is the way to go.

In conclusion, this spot is a popular breakfast and lunch restaurant. Accordingly, they offer a wide variety of egg dishes, omelettes, skillets, burritos, and more.
