Lindo Michoacan is a local establishment serving up fine Mexican food for over 35 years. Naturally, the food is very good no matter what you may pick. The service is just as good. To explain, there is a very large selection of dishes to choose from. If that were not enough, Lindo has a very good view to go with you meal. Located in the south just down the street from Faustos Mexican Grill on Horizon Ridge and Carnegie St ( 645 Carnegie St, Henderson, NV 89052 ).

Once you enter this place you will see how big the establishment is. It can get very busy and fill up during popular hours. At the opposite side of where you enter is a great spot to eat. Not only is the food and service good, Lindo Michoacan has a spectacular view of the valley.

Most importantly, the staff is very friendly and helpful. In the same way, everyone there was nice from our server all the way to the kitchen staff and hostess. A really fun atmosphere. In similar fashion, they will even sing happy birthday for the special occasion.

There is also a very large bar with machines that share the view of the valley. Also there are booths if that is your selection of seating. You will want a table to get a chance at the view.

To demonstrate, they take your drink orders and provide you with chips and salsa and bean dip. I especially like the added bean dip. Take it up a notch.

Lindo Michoacan Food

If you happen to go during lunch time like we did, there is a special menu. They offer this menu Monday through Friday 11am – 4pm. Undoubtedly, this is a good deal. You get a beverage with refill, rice, bean, and Fideo Soup. Since we ordered from the lunch special menu we got Fideo Soup to start off.

For example, the day we went we started with Botana Papa Chencho. Primarily, a combination of taquitos, jalapenitos, quesadilla, nachos, and sopitos. All served with guacamole and sour cream.

Specifically, our mains were Carne Asada. Accordingly, thin broiled steak with lemon juice and spices. Likewise, topped with sauteed tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and jalapenos.

In addition, Enchiladas. Nevertheless, I always get my favorite cheese enchiladas. This was with rice and beans. Everything is so good and fresh.

In conclusion, if you want a local Mexican restaurant serving up gourmet cuisine, with one spectacular view check out this place. The food is very good. I always enjoy my meal when I visit this place. Be sure to check out this place. It seems everyone knows about this place, especially after 35 years of business.
