Kneaders Bakery and Cafe is a wonderful spot to get some fresh bread. Needless to say, the sandwiches are outstanding because of the bread. This spot even has a drive thru for additional convenience. Located one block south of Golden Boy Market and Deli ( 11271 S Eastern Ave, Henderson, NV 89052 ) .
To demonstrate, this place is all about the bread. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with freshly baked bread and pastries. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I was assisted right away. Accordingly there is a slight wait, because everything is made fresh to order. Also, the drive thru kept busy the entire time I was there.
Of course, the dining area was nice with a self service drinks section. The atmosphere is very nice and inviting. There is a pretty good selection of breads to select from. In addition, plenty of pastries and pies to select from.

For instance, they day we went we enjoyed a couple of sandwiches. The bacon, egg, cheese croissant was extremely good. This is a perfect breakfast sandwich.
Also, we tried the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich served on Focaccia. This was also very tasty. The sandwich was topped of with some mayo, lettuce, and tomato.
Furthermore, there is a large selection of items. All from breakfast to lunch. Sandwiches and salads. Soups and smoothies. Using fresh ingredients to create wonderful breads.
