Michaels Gourmet Room is fabulous restaurant to enjoy a celebratory meal. The atmosphere is outstanding only outdone by the service. Indeed, this is a special place to enjoy a great meal with friends. I highly recommend this place. Located in South Point Casino.
Once you walk through the door you enter a new world. This place is all about class, service, and above all good food.
Undoubtedly, the table setting is immaculate. The service is wonderful. The staff adjusts the table so for a better seating in the booths.
To demonstrate, this place is so classy the ladies menu do not have prices. I highly recommend this place to everyone because the food and service is excellent. A great spot for celebration.
For example, I started the night with an Old Fashion. You are immediately served two different types of breads along with a assorted pickled starter. This was a really good start to a great meal.
Accordingly, I had to try the crab cakes for an appetizer. This was extremely tasty. I great dish to share with others.
Following the starters and appetizer we received a sorbets palate cleanser. This was also very good.

Furthermore, the main course arrived. For example, I had my share of the Chateaubriand. This meal is for two people and there is plenty of it. This meal was spectacular. I would give this a ten out ten. All served with plenty of veggies.
Additionally, we tried the Sea Bass, which I was told was very good too.
Likewise, after the meal is over, you are presented with the dessert cart. A large selection of cakes and treats. I ultimately decided on the creme brulee.
Nevertheless, if that was not enough you receive a bowl of fruit with chocolate covered fruit.
