The restaurant has a bar as you enter. They also offer seating in booths and tables. There is more than enough space to find a place to eat. I always enjoy popping up to the bar area. The bar has plenty of leg room and you get service right away. There are also plenty of TVs around so you can watch sports. They even have keno screens up. The staff is very professional and nice.

Breakfast and Dinner

For breakfast they offer Fresh Starters such as smoked salmon toast. In addition they have the breakfast classics. American: 3 eggs, bacon, hash toast. Steak and Eggs with hash and toast. Plus three egg omelets. You can get Mushroom, Spinach and Swiss omelet with toast. Or, you can Build Your Own Omelet. Lastly, they have the typical drinks. For example, Coffee, Tea and Juice.

In addition to breakfast, they offer dinner choices. Starts like Chicken Tenders or Calamari Fries. They also have Soup and Salads. Plus Burgers and Sandwiches. For instance, Panini Grilled Cheese with tomato soup. Classic Reuben on marble rye. Dont forget to check out the Kitchen Favorites section.

Brass Fork food

For example, the evening I went I ordered the Grilled Salmon $18.99. The salmon came with charred brussels sprouts and sweet potato puree. The brussel sprouts were good and the puree was also taste. I enjoyed it and would order it again.

I also selected to get the house salad too for an addition $4.99. I liked my salad and it offered a good variety of lettuce. It was very tasty and would definitely get it again. However, they put all the lettuce in a small bowl and when I tried to take a bite all of it came out at once. Very poor plating.

In conclusion, Brass Fork is a American dinner experience. The atmosphere is pleasant and the food is good. I have eaten there several times. I will continue to eat there whenever Im in the mood. Lastly you can find more information on Brass Fork site.
