Most importantly, the restaurant boast their homemade broth. The soul of any great ramen lies in its broth. To demonstrate, at Hana, their homemade broth is lovingly simmered for over 16 hours, resulting in a rich and flavorful base that’s the perfect canvas for their ramen creations. Also, Hana offers a variety of noodles. Whether you prefer thin or thick noodles, Hana Ramen has you covered.

Whenever I go to eat ramen, I always enjoy using chop sticks. For example, most of the ramen can be topped off with a variety of other things for additional costs. The appetizer list is big. Items range from edamame, shrimp tempura, pork buns, and kimchi.

For instance, the day we went for lunch we had an appetizers, ultimate pork buns. For instance, they come two to a order. In fact, the buns where very soft and fluffy. In addition, stuffed inside is the pork with some sauce and onions tossed on top. It is very flavorful! I would suggest this appetizer.

Following the appetizer we got our main dishes. Tonkotsu Ramen: A classic choice featuring pork broth, spinach, onion, green onion, bamboo shoots, dry seaweed, and tender pork belly. The thin noodles soak up the savory flavors beautifully. Also, Miso Ramen: for those seeking a little heat, the spicy miso ground pork in this ramen pairs perfectly with the thicker noodles.

In conclusion, Hana offers authentic Japanese ramen, this cozy spot is definitely worth a visit! I enjoyed my ramen and the pork bun was good too. Likewise, I did see a lot of day laborers coming in and getting their orders to go. You can find more information on Hana Ramen site.
