After all, the food was very good. In the first place, I started with Miso Black Cod Tacos. That is, four small bite size tacos made of bibb lettuce and black cod with sauce. Plus, a Sapporo to help everything go down. Following the tacos I tried the Suncoast Roll. This was salmon, yellowtail, cucumber, ikura (caviar), and passion fruit sauce. This was a interesting take. It was sweet from the sauce.

I of course had to try the Softshell Crab Roll. That is, crab with cucumber and avocado. This was nice and crunchy and tasty. Nonetheless, if I had more room to eat I would have ordered the Dragon Roll. California roll with a whole eel and ell sauce. It look very good.
