House of Blues

House of Blues is a small intimate venue. Located next to the Blues Restaurant and Bar. Chiefly, there is almost nightly concert or event going on. I have seen many of shows here. House of Blues is located inside Mandalay Bay.

To enter the music hall you have to go down a flight of stairs. You will then find that the main floor is standing room only. They offer a few seating choices for VIP price. This venue has 3 bars. One in the back and one on each side of the stage. All three of them offer Beer, cocktails, and food snacks. There are bathrooms with a attendant available. I always like when they have a candy dish. They even allow patrons to go upstairs for a smoking section.

To demonstrate, the sound and lighting system is good. Likewise, there are a couple monitors on each side of the stage. Furthermore, this venue is where you can find An Intimate Evening with Santana. And so, this is a wonderful show which I would not mind seeing again. They even opened up the upper level when I went.

For example, the evening I went I saw Wild Child. Moreover, Wild Child is a Doors cover band that features Dave Brock. Likewise, the guitarist was very good too. Of course, the band put on a really good show. They covered all the famous Doors songs. Therefore, they sounded good and I would go see them again.
