Vig Deli is a popular eatery located at the M Resort Spa Casino. It is situated adjacent to the race and sports book. This old-school, counter-style deli is known for its diverse menu that includes made-to-order sandwiches, wraps, salads, and pizza.
Immediately, proceed up to the cashier and order off the menu above. You will get a receipt with a number on it. In the mean time find a spot to sit. Likewise, there are condiments located by the exit. Regardless, you have to really listen for you number as the cooks call them out. At times, the deli can get very busy and may take some time to get your order.
Some of the highlights from their menu are barbecue ribs, tuna melts, burgers, hot pastrami or French dip sandwiches, and steak and eggs. They also offer a variety of salads such as chicken Caesar or Asian chicken salad. If you’re in the mood for pizza or pho soup, Vig Deli has got you covered.
