Chalk It Down Festival is a wonderful street art event. To demonstrate, there are close to a hundred different artist all competing for the best drawing. The best part, everyone is invited to vote on their most favorite. I thought this was the best thing every. Located on Main Street in the Arts District. Primarily between Makers And Finders and Able Baker Brewery.

Without doubt, I really enjoy these street art events. In fact, I really like the chalk part of the event. Throughout the day you can watch as these little master pieces are created. I like watching as each drawing comes to life.

For that reason, you can interact with the artist as they draw their art out. It is a fun way to talk with them and get some insight into each piece.

Chiefly, I really enjoyed this piece.

There are so many different drawing I had to narrow my selection down to a couple dozen drawing. The variety was so fun. I enjoyed the bright and bold colors that were used.

Without a doubt, this is a fun way to spend a day. Taking your time to walk up and down Main Street taking in all the different artist and their little master pieces.

Moreover, there could not be a better place to do this. The Arts District is full of its own treasures. Lots of Art shops. Plenty of place to eat and drink. The Arts District is always fun.

I highly encourage everyone to check out the next festival. They are a great way to spend the day outside and checking out the art. Great way to interact with the artist too.

In conclusion, if you enjoy street art and watching the creations come to life be sure to check this festival out. I especially like a few drawings. Even better, you get the chance to speak with the artist too. Lastly, more information on the Chalk It Down site.
