Backyard Amphitheater is a outdoor venue at the Green Valley Ranch Casino. It is near the hotel registration area. Just outside next to the pool area. It is a court yard which can hold sever hundred people. The staff was very nice and helpful. Likewise, in a cool spot.
In other words, this is a nice area which is next to the pool area. It is a circle court with elevated mound on the perimeter. The stage is located on the opposite side of entrance. It is stand room everywhere. Although the evening I went there was a ADA section with seating. In addition, there was a pit area right in front of the stage.
The warm up band Jager Henry was a very different experience than the Led Zeppelin experience. They were more heavy metal. Lot of energy. The singer could not stop saying Fck. Be sure to show up early to snag a spot at the top of the hill in the rear. This affords you the ability to spread out and sit down.

Without doubt, the service was very good there. There were four bars on the path around the center. There was a constant line but they worked very fast and were very friendly to everyone. The stage and sound system is pretty good.
For example, the evening I went we saw Jason Bonhams Led Zeppelin Evening. It was actually a good night. In fact, they had a descent singer in place of Plant. Also, the guitar player was doing good covering Page. Ever song was done very nicely.
In conclusion, if you have a chance to see a band at the Backyard Amphitheater you should give it a try. The evening I went I actually enjoyed myself. Of course, we showed up a little early and managed to get a good spot in the very back on the hill. The show was really good. How can you go wrong with Led Zeppelin.
