Cafe Zupas is a great spot to grab sandwich or soup or salad. A perfect place for a light meal with a friend. There are several around town but the day I visited we went to the Zuppas that is one block away from Zippys on Rainbow Blvd. ( 7060 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89118 )
Without doubt, offering up a variety of items. So that everything is fresh and tasty. To demonstrate, the selection of Protein Bowls, Sandwiches, Salads, and Soups. By the same token, the atmosphere is open, bright, and friendly. Everyone was very nice. Everything is clean with lots of space for seating.
For example, this was my very first time dining there. The staff is super friendly and nice. They are willing to take the time and explain everything. Plus, they prepare your salad right in front of you.
Moreover, they even have a great deal for a combo meal. Choose 2 from sandwiches, half soup, half salad. This is a great deal for dinner for two for about $40.
For instance, the day we went we ordered the Avocado Caesar Salad and Golden Curry Soup combo. In addition, Mangoberry Salad and Lobster Bisque Soup combo.

Accordingly, my salad and soup were very yummy. I would easily come back here for soup and salad.
Also, they have desserts too. Yes, we even received a chocolate covered strawberry.
Indeed, they even provide catering services. That is, the premium package provides about a dozen soups and sandwiches. Also, your choicer of salad tray and desserts. Six cookies and six strawberries.
In conclusion Cafe Zupas is great spot to get a fresh light meal. I really enjoy both my salad and soup. Moreover, everything is fresh and made in front of you.
