Dragon Tiger Noodle is Jet Tila inspired noodle soup house. You can try a variety noodles and broths. Everything is fresh and served up right in front of you. There are actually several locations in Las Vegas. On this occasion, I visited the Henderson location right up the street from The M Resort on St Rose ( 3578 St Rose Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89052 ).

As soon as you enter you are ready to start your ordering. There are a variety of things you can order. But most importantly, they allow you to build your own bowls. The atmosphere is interesting red. The table have hot plates built into them.

For example, there are several steps to building your own bowl. Step 1, selecting your noodles. There are eight different types to select from. I want to try the fire noodle. Step 2, is selecting your broth. Either pork, beef, chicken. Step 3 pick your protein. There are several and I liked the pork belly.

Step 4 The toppings. Over a dozen to select from. Finally, Step 5 Extras, egg or oil.

In addition to the build your own soup, there are a variety of appetizers to pick from. Shrimp Tempura, Fried Gyoza, and Takoyaki (crunchy octopus balls). I have to try Takoyaki. Even more, you can get wings 3 ways Lil Dragon. No heat. Dragon, hot and spicy. Korean wings in brown sugar and savory sauce. Also, you can select from Shrimp tempura or Pork Bao.

Also, there are a few different rice bowls to select from. Chicken, beef, pork, or tofu. Beyond the rice bowls you can select a chef Jets bowl. Once again, Chicken, beef, port, or vegi. There are also hot bowls. Yakisoba is the noodle bowl, or fried rice.

In fact, they even have desserts. Ice cream baos, or strawberry cheesecake bao. Moreover, I will have to try one of these my next visit.

To repeat, everything I ate was very good. Everything was warm and tasty. There was also a lot to eat. I could not finish my Sumo size bowl.

In contrast, this place is a little pricey. A regular bowl is about $20 and Sumo is $23. Adding garlic or truffle oil is addition 2 dollars. Sodas run almost $4. But, you get what you pay for. Everything is very good. Also, this is a cashless establishment.

In conclusion, this is a great place to get a good soup. They have your noodles, your way. I enjoyed everything that I had. Also, I like the location, easy to get to. I will definitely return to try the fire noodle. Lastly check out Dragon Tiger Noodle site.

Nice next time I will go with.
Knucklehead…I texted u 2 times to ask if u were going or not…
Quantity and quality at this cool soup n nuts place…pricey for lunch but they supply more than enough to eat in the case of soup or noodle bowls…I ate too much by finishing my yakisoba bowl…just some broth and veggies would have been better…the build ur own option seems to be good…the Korean wings were awesome!
