Glitter Gulch Tiki is a fun tiki bar. The drinks are very tasty and the service is great. A fun little spot grab a tropical drink in the middle of downtown. Located in between the Fremont Street Experience and Gold Spike on 4th street. ( 113 N 4th St, Las Vegas, NV 89101 )
To illustrate the establishment has three general areas. Once you enter is a very large bar area. Off to the right is seating area. There is several booth shack areas. Then finally, there is more seating in what I call the stage area.
For example, the decor throughout is tiki tropical. For example the hut booth area along with the tiki bar area. They serve up all kinds of assorted drink. To illustrate, most drinks are priced around twenty dollars. There a few scorpion bowls that are near fifty dollars. But these are meant to be shared.
Specifically, the evening we went our bartender was nice enough to suggest our drinks. For example we had the Tiki Passion Obession and the Titos Tropical Death Punch.
Glitter Gulch Tiki Drinks
Tiki Passion Obsession Bacardi Dark Rum, Chinola Passion fruit, Almond liquer, hibiscus and lime.
Titos Tropical Death Punch Vodka, lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice. Grenadine, simple syrup topped with liquid death lime.
In similar fashion, there are all sorts of Tiki Mugs. There is a hug collection of them in the window for display. In addition, if you really want one they will kindly sell you one.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a tiki spot to have a drink or two with friends, visit this place. I liked the little sign by the door that indicates no alcohol beyond this point, so start chugging. My drink was very tasty. Service is great and very friendly.
