Whiskey Licker Up is a special bar with a great vista. This bar actually rotates! In addition, it has a great view of First Street Stage and Fremont Street. Located on Fremont Street on the corner of Circa Hotel and Binions upstairs.
Firstly, you will find the entrance right under the huge ENTRANCE sign. Follow the stairs up to the second floor.
When you get to the second floor you will see the Fremont Street window seating. On days with great weather the windows are completely open.
Furthermore, you will proceed down the hall past the kegs. There are two large dining areas. There is a bar in between these dining areas. Lots of seats and happy diners.
Moreover, the service is great here. From the Bartenders and Servers all the way to the kitchen staff. Everyone is super friendly.

Most importantly, the reason to go is to check out the rotating bar. Not only does it provide a 360 degree experience it has great views of First street Stage and Fremont Street.
For instance, the bar will make a complete revolution in about 26 minutes. In addition, this provides a great view without ever leaving your seat. Superb views of all the action below. There is a unique entrance to the bar which everything must stop.
Additionally, the Bartenders are really great people. Super friendly and very helpful. Moreover, I was very impressed with the level of service they provided considering all things.
For example, the evening we went we were fortunate to have Alter Igor playing below. The halloween version of Alter Ego. Specifically, they play Fremont Street frequently. For very good reason. They put on a excellent show with great music.
However, the only problem is there are not enough seats at the rotating bar. So depending on when you arrive you may have a hard time finding a spot. Yet, I would still suggest you try.
In conclusion, I highly suggest you check out this spot. If you go when there is a show going on, not only will you enjoy the sites, you can get a great spot for the show. This place is very unique.
